Beauty Tips get Healthier and Beautiful Skin through natural skin care?

Any time you meet some one new, you take notice of the person's face first. Thus having a very clean and healthy skin is very important in improving your self esteem, confidence, attitude towards life etc.

Spending a huge amount of money on skin care treatments or expensive prescription medications do not help in attaining healthier skin. By changing your daily routine a little bit and following good cleansing habits will give you great skin as an added feature for you.

Eat healthier

If you stay away from foods which cause your face to crack up, that will keep your skin drier and thus more safe from scars. Chocolate and other types of candy, French fries, fast food, pizza, soft drinks etc. are known to have been causing pimples.

You need not avoid those food items which mess up your skin. You can still have those items in limited quantity. Oily foods should be left for special occasions when you are supposed to indulge in a little bit of unhealthy food items.

Hydrate and exercise

If you do some exercises like walking, running, bicycling, playing sports etc. regularly, and drink the eight glasses of water which you are supposed to drink every day, that would add a lot of glow on to your skin. You will gain better looking natural skin due to the additional flow of blood on to your skin as a result of the exercise.

In addition to making your skin look better in tone and texture, exercising and drinking water will make you feel good and more agile. Your body will be in shape as a result of this and your stress level will go down significantly and you will be in a position to gain what your mind thrives to be.

Monitor sun exposure

You can protect your skin from varied problems like sun damage, skin cancer, aging and premature wrinkles with the use of a good quality sun screen. If you expose your lips to too much sun, they may become red, sore, charred or blistered. Sun burning will cause the skin in the affected area to peel off eventually and make those areas sensitive and blotchy. You can take care of all these sun induced problems by reducing the time you spend in the sun and using a quality sun screen with SPF 15 or higher.

Practice a regular cleansing routine

Make sure you do cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturize your skin every day. If you can do this every day that would lead to healthier skin. Choose the right kind of cleansing solution for your skin type, be it dry, oily or normal. Use this solution and cleanse your face following a circular motion on your face and wash your face with warm water. Hot water will remove the moisture from your skin and should not be used.

The next step involves the use of an exfoliant. Use a granular product as it is very effective in getting the skin rid off the dead skin cells and smoothening the rough areas. This will prepare the face skin to be moisturized better.

Once the exfoliation procedure is over with, you can use a toner or an astringent to remove any left over make up or cleanser residue. Using a facial mask at least once in a week would be an even better option than using a toner or astringent, as it will clean out clogged pores and will leave your skin firm, soft and silky.

The last step in natural skin care involves drying your skin using a soft towel. Do not let all the water dry. Use a moisturizer with or without sun screen in it to protect your skin from dryness. If you have oily skin, then you do not need to moisturize as often as people with dry, normal or combination skin.

You will find nice changes on your skin as a result of all these steps like drinking eight glasses of water, exercising and protecting your skin from sun. Stick to the routine and that will make the task of achieving great skin quite easy.
