First of all understand that they are an essential part in any skin care routine. Its function is to remove the traces of makeup or residue that is missed by your cleanser and “prepares” the skin for moisturizing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The terms toner, fresher or astringent are confusing and are used interchangeably. For people having normal, combination or oily skin, an astringent containing low percentage of alcohol and skin soothers like Allenton are recommended. For normal to dry skin alcohol-free freshener with ingredients such as witch hazel and other natural extracts are recommended.</p>
