Raja Yoga to Treat Cancer

raja yoga treats cancerBesides its widely accepted relaxation and stress-reliever benefits, yoga is said to be a promising cure for cancer, as a cancer specialist from San Antonio, Texas claimed during a seminar in Oklahoma City in the 1980s.

However, physicians refused to acknowledge this new surprising cure, said a United States Army pathologist Col. Hansa Raval, M.D. Her work in cytotechnology (a diagnostic branch of medical science used to recognize the early stages of cancer) had not met her expectations until she began researching the alternative methods of treatment.

Two alternative methods Dr. Raval learnt more about were Raja yoga and meditation. She acknowledged that both successfully cured crippling arthritis, headaches and cancer.Too bad the proofs she had been collecting for two years of her study at the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University in India were rejected by her colleagues. The World Spiritual University, with branches all over 30 countries, teaches the practice of Raja yoga for peace, health and happiness perfection. The United Nations appoints it a non-governmental member and shares with it offices at the United Nations building in New York. But reality does bites! Graduating from such a reputable institution does not give Dr. Raval respect she deserves from the science community. The other scientists even thought that she had gone mad.

Dr. Raval has been eager to prove otherwise. She believes yoga is a promising alternative treatment for cancer due to the fact she finds, that 98 percent of all cancer cases were psychosomatic (a combination of mind/soul and body).

It is not a chanting or mantra reciting, she said. It is way deeper than all those somewhat thought as nonsense by Western medical society. She also pinpoints how medical schools disregard alternative methods in cancer treatment. Instead they focus their studies on conventional methods using machines such as radiation and chemotherapy, but disregard alternative methods.

Medical schools teach students that human being is a body alone. But Dr. Raval has a completely different opinion. She believes that mind is powerful enough to either cure the body or to create painful disease it suffers. If a disease is created by the soul, its cure can only be obtained from the soul. It is a very simple law: “A problem is to be solved by approaching its root,” said Dr. Raval.

Moreover, studies in parapsychology note the importance of treating the soul to treat diseases infecting the body. Thus, Raja yoga should be regarded as an alternative treatment method to be further studied. After all, its teaching main core is the searching of the soul. By reaching the soul of cancer patients, hopefully they can answer the questions about themselves, including why and how cancer infiltrates their bodies.

I smoked for most of my life and stopping was harder than you can imagine. I tried all of the stopping methods but nothing worked for me. Then I saw the electronic cigarette . The e-cigarette uses a nicotine liquid that has only nicotine. No toxic substances at all. They have completely changed my life.
