How to find the right shoe for your feet?
This is not an easier task. Many of us know the trouble in finding perfectly fitting shoes. Most people tend to have different sizes for each feet. You must get a shoe that fits the bigger feet of the two. As people age, their shoe size can change. As such, measuring your shoe size before every new shoe purchase would be ideal. Even if you know your shoe size, make sure you try them on before you purchase them. This is due to the changes in size commonly seen in shoes from the size marked on them. As your foot size changes through the day, the best time for purchasing shoes would be the evening. This will be the time when your foot are at its biggest size. After putting the shoe on, you must walk around a little to see if the fit is appropriate for your feet’s needs. High heels look good on you. But they are not good for your body. Flat heels are better for the health of your back and feet. Never buy smaller size shoes in the hope that they will stretch in the future.
This is a possibility. But, the health of your feet will be compromised in the mean time. The front of your toe or longest finger should not be touching the front of the shoe. There should be a gap of roughly half an inch between them. Your shoes and its sole should be protective of your feet. If you crash your feet in to some thing, the soles should absorb the force of the impact and protect your feet.
