Yoga is all about controlling your breathing, this helps in intake of more oxygen and fulfilling the complete requirement of body for oxygen, after all that is what drives us, day in and day out.  But you need to learn the correct practices to get the maximum benefit out of those yoga postures and exercises, get it under the guidance of a yoga practitioner, ask for his qualifications before deciding on one.</description>
